How the reservation works
- Pay £5 per candle to secure a place in the next batch.
- We send the remaining-balance link within one working day. Please pay it within 24 hours.
- Sam produces, finishes and checks the candle over two production days.
- We aim to deliver within seven calendar days of reservation when the balance is paid promptly.
The deposit forms part of the purchase price and does not reduce your statutory cancellation or refund rights. If SJC cannot supply your candle, the deposit will be refunded in full.
